1. Digital Downloads Integrity
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final once the download process has been initiated. We cannot issue refunds for digital assets that have already been downloaded to your device, as they cannot be returned.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
We understand that exceptions may occur. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same item multiple times.
- Technical File Issues: The downloaded file is corrupt and we are unable to provide a functional replacement within 48 hours of your report.
- Non-Delivery: You did not receive the download link or the file access due to a system error on our end.
3. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number (provided via Paddle email receipt) and a detailed explanation of the issue.
