Delivery

Refunds and order issues
- Digital products are generally non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded, except in cases of duplicate payment, defective files, or a clear delivery failure.
- If a physical or print-on-demand item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially different from the order, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photos.

Limitation of liability
